Does anyone know how to do this on photoshop?

does anyone know how to split a photo like this, or make 2 photos side by side on photoshop? please help!
 
- create a blank document
- fill the background layer with white
- go to file->place, open one picture
- do the same for the second

now you have two choices. Either you scale them so that they fit perfectly side by side or you create a mask so that it hides part of the picture. Search the web for "photoshop layer mask tutorial" to learn about masks.
 
In paint you can put the pictures side by side, then save that and edit it on a site like photobucket unless you have photoshop.
