Does anyone know how to convert a tiff image to jpeg image without downloading...

...anything online? I dont want to buy any converter, I was just wondering how do I convert the image. And I tried opening it through paint and saving it as JPEG, but its not working because it says "Paint cannot save this file. Save was interrupted, so your file has not been saved." Thanx
