does anyone know how to change the number plate light for a toyota supra?

Which model year or provide the bulb number. It could be a bulb that pulls straight out or it could be one that you push and turn. If it's an older car with push and turn it could be rusted in. He might need to replace the socket assembly if that's the case.
 
my brother is changing the number plate lights on his supra but cant figure out how to get the light bulb out can anyone help?
