garden with trees? We live in the middle of the country in a terraced cottage on the side of a hill. We have been here 32 years and all of that time the adjacent field has been used for sheep.
Now, suddenly, the owners have planted dozens of trees on the south boundary of our garden which will block the sunlight to our vegetable patches. The land is owned by the local manor house and I think it is part of a big tree planting project. I'm all for trees, but these are in the wrong position. We were told there would be trees planted, but the map they gave us gives the impression they would not be where they are.
Anyone know how the law stands on this?
