Does anyone know how I can create a marquee that moves up while being on the

right side of the page in PHP? I know the code is <marquee direction = "up">, but that is still on the left side of the page AND it pushes down the paragraph there. I need the code that would just move the title using marquee and just make the paragraph stationary on the very first line of the page.
