Does anyone know anything about burning paper pellets for fuel?

I've heard that paper pellets can be made from waste paper in landfills. Why aren't manufactures making them? They should burn as good as a wood pellet if they are as densely packed. Anyone have any information to help me?

Look up Traeger grills... they use saw dust and sell the pellets.
