Does anyone know any good recipes that contain bananas and fish as a main ingredient?

My dad makes Pastelli's

broil the fish and mash the bananas

put some pineapple slices on top of the fish while you broil it,
break the fish and pineapple up into little chunks when all cooked mix with bananas. wrap in a banana leaf and bake 20 min on 350..

Discard banana leaf eat little loaf.

I think they are gross, but my dad is spanish and he loves them
