Which one of the following health situations would not preclude a medical examination for strength training?

child has diabetes
child eats a lot of junk food
child is overweight or obese
child has asthma
 
Well eating a lot of junk food isn't a health situation exactly. It's indicative of a unhealthy lifestyle but does not directly reflect a health or disease state

Diabetes- disease condition
Asthma- condition
Obesity- condition

These three can be life threatening and when a child has a predisposition to complications they will probably be excluded from exercise unless otherwise cleared by a physician during specific circumstances

Junk food- poor eating habits

Can lead to disease states in the future but nothing at the moment
