Does anyone know about family law?

My brother lived with his girlfriend who had a daughter with another man. The childs father sent papers to by brothers girlfriend for visitation rights. The father is a deadbeat. He is a drug dealer and has a wrap sheet that looks like a bible. He chased down my brother with his car and said that if he leaves his gf that he would stop bothering him. He lives mins from by parents house. So my bro breaks up with this girl and moves into my parents house. My bro does not talk to her or see her or her daughter.the father of the child sent two big men to my parents house a few times and are pressuring my bro to sign a letter with negative FALSE allegations against the mother of the child. My brother does not anything to do with this situation and does not want to get involved. Can he still be involved with the case if he is not with this woman and if he does not see the child?? Even though the father of the child made false allegations about my brother in the case when he did live with his gilffriend?
My dad found footsteps this moring around the house stoping at the windows. These goons are not welcome and have been told that but still continue to show up at my parents house. Should my brother call the police?? For harrassment and trespassing?
 
yes! Your parents need to call the police they are trying to get your brother to sign false allegations about his ex girlfriend because the Father of the child wants full custody. your parents need details, make/year of car and description of these thugs and call the police
