does anyone know a lawn and garden fertilizer that will not harm my dogs?

my grass has been destroyed by my puppy but now he is grown up , so i want to fix it up. but i don't want to harm my dogs i have 3 and will get more in the years to come. so i want a product that i can use with grown dogs and puppies. i also have roses in the garden and my puppy dug them up. but i have now trained him not to. so i need a good product that will help the roses grow back. but wont harm the dogs if they lick the area anything.

I'm also getting a rabbit soon so if the product could be non harmful
to all animals that would be great

any advice is appreciated
