need to learn the basics? I need / want to learn more about electrical engineering. I find that a great place to learn from are forums. Do you know a good one for someone just starting out. I know the basics of electricity but want to take the next step. Phase angles, frequencies etc...
 
Go to your public library and check out a couple of books. If in college check books out of the engineering library.

Books are alway better than reading from a monitor.
