I live in St. Louis, MO. I remember back in the day when you were able to sit in your car in a parking lot close to Lambert Airport and watch the air planes land and take off. I would chill there with my friends and have a few drinks. I was wondering if there are any other locations where you could chill out with your friends outdoors in the STL area where you can drink and not get bothered too much by the Police or Park Rangers? Thanks!
