okayy well i've been lookin for a really good site were i can edit my pics but i can't seem to find a really good one.

i want to be able to add cool frames nd effects to my pics so plzz HELP me !
 
picnik.com is good if you just want to add frames and basic effects.

If it's not good enough, you could always try Phoenix. It's a photoshop-like program offered from aviary.com (I'd suggest watching the tutorial video.)

I have photoshop so i dont need to use it but i was very suprised how much you could do with it. Flash has come a longggg way. F* that, the internet has come a longgggg way in the past 10 years.
