Does anyone have this small/weird bone near elbow?

Does anyone know the scientific name for this small bone? it is sticks out very near the elbow and is circular does anyone know what im talking about? do people get it if they are very skinny?
here is a pic to show what im talking about (its on the inside of the arm)

Everybody's got it. It's part of the structure of the elbow joint. It's not as prominent in many people as it is in the picture, but humans have infinite variety. (Check out how far some people's collarbones stick out while others don't at all!)
 
i think i know what you mean and yes i think it is normal, everyone has one...i think
