Does anyone have know if there is an 09 voyager dll out?

trying to find a DLL for the voyager that works with the 09 updated phones.
The ones I have found dont work, so Im trying to figure out is it me or is it the Dll's that are out that are the problem

The vx10000 .dll thats posted on this forum works just fine for me.
