I just put together a car system and used Infinity 6.5" speakers and I think they're very bright sounding. It's all highs and mids, with very weak bass. I don't want to go the route of a sub, because it's more money and time to invest. I don't invest any more.
So I'm looking at the Kicker 07ds600. What I want is the full, warm sound that the factory speakers had only with more clarity. That bottom end is definitely missing with the Infinity's.
So if anyone is using just the Kicker 6.5's without a sub, I'd really like to know how the sound is.
