The Sport can also be created by combining 2 sports together to create a new sport.

You might consider polo, look at the rules and change them over to bicycles.

Mountain biking/target shooting...sorta like the biathlon. Biking/camping is already being done. Biking as a way to get to work in the snow is being done. Good luck with your quest.
