GM " pending? I would love to hear from someone who actually KNOWS first hand. My nephew was killed in a car accident when the air bags did'nt deploy and my sister has read the articles that the new GM is not taking responsibility for anything prior to June 1. My sister is debating if she should even retain legal counsel, if their isnt anything left to go after.
