My first phone would turn off about 20% of the times I slid the keyboard open or closed. I exchanged it, thankfully radioshack let me despite it being after 30 days.
Now this new one has problems turning the backlight off. Sometimes it turns off after 8 seconds like its told to in the settings, but about 10-20% of the time it stays on indefinitely. When I read about this phone online there's lots of horror stories about it but I figure its cause problems are discussed more than non problems..
