does anyone ever go to jail for violating a court ordered visitation of a child?

He has to file a contempt charge against her. It's sad, but she probably won't get more than a slap on the wrist. He needs a lawyer who specializes in father's rights.
 
My brothers ex wife always has excuse as to why he can't see kids.they are sick,or they are out of town,always something .he said he would take her to court but he didnt think anything would be done.shouldnt she go to jail for not doing what judge ordered?
