I mean the show just isn't what it used to be, most of the good/original actors are gone and the characters they played have either left G.C. permanently in one way or another as well as alot of the original actors that played them. Either that or they have been replaced by very poor actors that couldn't act if their life depended on it. Even some of the veteran actors seem to be not acting as well as they used to or maybe they just don't care about the show anymore and are hoping it all will end soon.
The story lines have been a complete joke lately and are more unbelievable than ever and just plain boring, boring, boring!!!! The writers just don't seem to get it that we are just so sick and tired of the same old, same old stories, over and over and over again and ones that drag on for an eternity and beyond and back again either.
The ratings have also slipped dramatically in the past few years and the PTB just don't seem to care, or it least what appears to be care enough to make some major changes in the show to make more and more people watch the show and bring them back to where they used to be.
As much as I have been a loyal fan of Y&R for over thirty years now, I don't even miss it when I can't watch it even if it's for a long period of time.
I am thinking Y&R will end sometime before the year 2011 is out, what do you think?
