Yes, the schools are disorganized and don't seem to give a **** one way or the other. It's very stressful, like they enjoy not telling you everything you need to know and then turning you away time after time because you didn't bring all the paperwork they require.
....but that's they way it is and it's our only option so we have no choice but to learn to work with the system.....or don't apply for help.
