Does anyone else have this problem? or am i just weird?

Ok so I recently had this HUGE craving for junk food, so I went out and got a bunch of oily, fatty, sweet food, which I ate, for some reason. now, it's the next day, and I swore I'd eat healthy and exercise a LOT. Except, I'm still craving those junk foods that I binged on yesterday. It's SO tempting to give in...help me with my willpower! I don't know why I'm still craving junk food, when I had way more than I'd like yesterday =/
