Does anyone else have problems with the samsung reclaim?

Ok so i got the samsung reclaim at the end of july. right away i had problems with it. the day after i got it i was sending a txt and it shut off and wouldn't come back on. so i went to the store and they just replaced the phone. so i'm using it and sometimes when i try to send texts it'll say send for like 5 minutes and when i cancel it freezes and i have to turn it off then turn it back on and type the whole message again. then about the middle of september it shut off and wouldn't turn back on so i called sprint again and they sent me another one. so now in november i'm on my 3rd phone and still having the problem with my texting where i have to turn the phone off and turn it back on and its really annoying. i can't upgrade cause i used my upgrade to get this phone and i'm really regretting it. has anyone else had these problems and if so what did you do? thank you!
