Does anyone else have back cracking?

Over the past few years, as my back problems have gotten worse,
my back cracking has gotten worse. Now my back cracks almost every time i rotate my torso.

Does anyone else experience this as well. Is cracking that often normal?
 
Hi, yes, my back cracks all the time, no matter what direction I bend. I also get alot of stiffness in my spine and the more stiff it feels, the less any cracking occurs. Like today for instance, I'm in alot of pain and extremely stiff..and my back wouldnt crack even if i tried to do it. I don't know, I always read that joint cracking is normal & has to do with the release of some sort of gases in there...
