Does anyone else feel that at least 50 percent of the news they read and see is lies?

I have been reading our cities newspaper and in there it says that reports say that Americans should be happy in that we are paying some of the cheapest prices for oil and that European countries were paying as much as 8 (mean) dollars for gas... how is this possible?

It also made a comment that the economy is good and is showing a 'turnaround'. How can that be so when one in 10 houses I see in my city are up for sale? In some neighborhoods as much as one in 5 (my last neighborhood from last year).

Am I the ONLY one whom feels they are living in George Orwells 1984????
 
No, never , it's 90% lies and only 10% true.
Lies are the default, untill you believe that the truth is forged and the lies are the truth the whole truth and the main truth and the truth itself.

Government tell us what they want us to know
And the stuff they dont want us to know. we dont know
and the stuff that gets leaked out to us. they let it leek out to us
