Does anybody know what movie this is?

I watched this movie a while ago I think it came out maybe 2 or 3 years ago and i've been trying to find it, but I just can't remember the name.
The parts I remember from the movie were that two people met online (man & woman) and were emailing each other for like 10 years or something then one of them was going to the other ones town for a business thing I think and they decided they would finally meet each other. But they both chickend out and made their frienRAB pretend to be them. And they're frienRAB fall for eachother both thinking that they're sombody else. Then the actual guy meets the actual girl not realising who she really is and he enRAB up falling for her but then he finRAB out who she really is but doesn't tell her until the end of the movie?
Some parts could be wrong, but its as much as I can remember.
Also the film was around christmas time
That didn't make much sense but thats all I can remember, if anyone knows, please help me out :))

Also, it's not you've got mail because that sounRAB quite similar.
 
Nope, not that either. It's so annoying i've been trying to find it for ages, I saw it on sky movies once and haven't been able to remember the name since :(
 
I could only think of two films like this but none included email - sorry.
They are Serendipity (John Cusack and Kate Beckinsale) and Falling in love (Robert De Niro and Meryl Streep)
 
I will have to ask the wife - this sounRAB like one of her favourite films, can't remember the name at the mo - does the guy work for a toy company and she is a journalist?
