Does anybody know the UIL's complete list of substances/supplements that could ruin

eligibility in sports? I play football in Texas and im just wondering if anybody knows the things you can't use in order to play. I don't want to come out positive in a drug test because of some supplement I was using that had something I couldn't use. Any suggestions on supplements that wouldn't be against the rules would be great too.
