Does anybody know of films that use Animatronics instead of CGI?

I'm having a little problem in locating films that used Animatronics.
If anybody can suggest some films with Animatronics.
Any thing is helpful. Ex. doesn't matter if it's a foreign film or not.
Please, please any suggestions before the 1/28/10 date is extremely helpful
 
The original Star Wars trilogy
The Terminator
Terminator 2: Judgement Day - uses a mix of animatronics and cgi.
Jurassic Park - uses a mix animatronics and cgi.
Alien - the spider alien things that plant the eggs in humans.
A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors
Tremors
Wes Craven's New Nightmare - the glove nigntmare in the beginning
E.T
Childs Play 1, 2 and 3
Bride of Chucky
Seed of Chucky

A bunch of movies from the 80s use them.
