Does anybody know of a good in-dash installed iPod car adapter for 2nd gen iPod touch?

I currently have an iPod in-dash car adapter (Pioneer CD1200) that used to work with my Nano; but doesn't work with my new iPod touch (2nd generation). Does anybody know of another iPod adapter or some type of converter that would work for me?
Thanks for that 1st answer. Actually, I'm not referring to the type of adapter that you plug into your car charger and stuff. I'm talking more about the adapters you get installed. Like an iBus direct interface cable.
 
I use one, the brand is Belkin.
It charges it in the car, and can play your music using car's speaker.
