Does anybody know of a classy restaurant in Glasgow with a great vegetarian menu?

Looking for somewhere a little more fancy than your usual 13th note or Mono. Is there a fancy veggie restaurant or just a fancy restaurant with a great veggie menu that you would recommend?
 
I looked on Google for Top Restaurants in Glasgow and the one that caught my eye was Corinthian, Its very big and extremely beautiful and the reviews are all positive.
They also have a vegetarian Menu as well :)
