Does anybody know how to reset computer in Mazda 6 2005 for the tranmission?

Resetting the TCM (transmission control module) which I believe is incorporated into the PCM (power-train control module) would do nothing to help the shifting. Have the car scanned for any transmission codes, and if none, see if the kick-down cable(if it has one) can be adjusted to suit your needs.
 
I'm having alittle trouble with the timing for my gear changes. Also when I'm driving feeling like my car is tugging.
