does anybody know how to edit photos on the computer?

theres this picture of me that someone edited to stretch my face out to make me look fatter for a school project, and the original pic was deleted but it was a good picture. does anybody know how to edit it to de stretch it and make it normal again?
 
Unfortunately, unless you use the same program that was used to morph the picture in the first place, you won't be able to restore it perfectly.
 
i use picasa to edit my photos you have to dowloud it.
if you want to , go onto google and type picasa and on the site it asks you if you want to dowloud :)
