Does any one remember the tv series?

It was on USA, I think.

It was about a big group of people who disappeared and just randomly appeared again, 60 years later or something.

All I can remember is that every person who randomly appeared again had special powers.

There was also a little blonde girl named Mia? Who had a diary?

Lastly, I believe the title had something to do with numbers?
