Does any Car Audio company make this yet?

Some Jerk stole my Alpine, my bad for leaving the faceplate attached. My buddy gave me his Sony X-plod (can't complain about free crap) But I hate the fact that it won't read my MEGA discs that i burn. Computer Files on DVD....Then I thought, wouldnt it be nice if there was a slot for a USB memory card, I have not not been to Car Audio shop for a while, so maybe it's out there already. Whatcha think/know?
 
There are many head units out now that can read and play music/video files off a USB stick. Alpine makes them as well as Pioneer. There are plenty out there. Just google "head unit USB player"
 
They are everywhere. You can also get head units that integrate seamlessly with your ipod.. Check out the Alpine IDA-X100
