Online newspapers don't have archives that go that far back. You could either go to the newspaper office (or offices if you want to check multiple papers) & buy an old paper from them (most of them allow you to buy back copies although 1992 was quite a while ago). Or you can go to a big library and go through back copies of old papers there.
Back copies of old papers are held on micro-film & the library staff can help you find what you want (newspapers also keep old papers on microfilm but they would probably charge you to search them for you).
