...struggling economy.? I realize the main draw of take & bake pizza is cost; they're inexpensive for consumers, much less than traditional take-out/dine-in/delivery pizza shops. Prices for an organic/natural take & bake pizza shop would be slightly higher than that of national chains like papa murphys. So would that higher price point set them apart in such a negative way to be unprofitable? The area I'm looking to start such a business is a large city that embraces natural and organic foods, they have multiple natural food markets such as Whole Foods, Trader Joes, New Seasons, etc. Is there a market for this???
