Does an iPhone come with free internet ?

you have an option when you register your phone, you have an option of something like 20 for unlimited text , 40 for un. text and web and 60 for some other nonense.

My dad's iPhone works internet anywhere, even along the road.
Does he have to pay extra ?

i think he already has to get 3g service with his iphone plan. iphone has wifi that you can use but 3g has to be purchased anyway
