Does an HHO generator work in your car?

I put this HHO generator in my car a few months back. It's the one from Gas4free, if you google that you'll see it. It doesn't really seem to be working that great. My car is an '04 and it has a mpg meter that updates every few minutes. It looks like I might be getting 5-10% better mileage. Does anyone else get better?
 
You got ripped off. HHO generators is the biggest scam to hit the automotive scene since the magnet to straight out the ions in a fuel line.
 
HHO is a combustion modifier and helps gasoline burn better. As to whether or not your unit is producing enough to make a difference at cruising speeds, I cannot say, but I highly doubt it.
