T theelous3 Guest Oct 1, 2009 #2 here's a little thing i stick by. if you want to be good at something, do it alot. nothing will develop your jumping muscles more than jumping, same for running, doing backflips, whatever. and, its easier than using a bike.

P PhilS New member Oct 1, 2009 #3 No, not really. It will slowly help to tone your muscles but to improve your vertical jump you need to look at plyometric training. Also working on muscular strength in your legs.
