Does an amount of mercury so tiny be harmful if ingested?

If its so tiny thats its not visible to the naked eye. I'm NOT talking about a mecury atom here.

Lets say:

If you touch mercury and then touch an object.

That object touches another object "object B". If you put that "object B" in your mouth, would it be harmful (even if you cannot see any mercury on object B)?
Thanks for any answers!!
