It would seem that anybody who can buy airtime can get an ad on TV.
The amusing thing about Phreaky Phred Phelps is that his version of the Christian God wants to punish non-Christian homosexuals who are not in the military,. And Phreaky Phred's version of God is so incredibly stupid, that He can't think of any better way, than to let heterosxual Christians who are in the military, become injured and killed.

As in would it be legal for tv stations to broadcast them? Yeah they are allowed to, First amendment in the constitution allows it. But no station I know of has ever done so or ever will. wouldnt be any different with skinheads or the ku klux klan
