Does Adobe check with your school?

I need to purchase Adobe Photoshop. I understand they sell student versions at a much lower price than retail. I graduated from college last semester (december 2009), however my student ID doesn't "expire" until June 2010. I was wondering, if i send in a copy of my ID (which according to the date on it, is still effective) do you think Adobe would honor the student discount? Or do they contact my school to confirm if i am still enrolled (which i'm not, cause I graduated early)?

I figure, I have a valid ID, might as well use it, right?!
