Does admittance to dine at Club 33 require a membership?

Or do members only get special treatment, and dinning is open to the general public (through reservation)? According to the information website it appears that anyone can make reservations to dine, but at the same time is says there's a 14 year wait list for membership.
Also, how can I contact the club? I didn't see any contact info on the website.
 
The only way to dine in the restaurant is either being a member or a guest of a member.

About the only personal view you'll get as a non member is by taking the " walk in Walt's footsteps tour " and even at that you'll just get in the lobby and your not allowed upstairs.

It's one of the most exclusive clubs in America, and just because your a celebrity, they offer you no privileges. In fact most of the members are just normal people and not the "who's who"

I do know that before you go to the park you have to make reservations, and they will prepare just about anything you desire, ( even off menu ).
