I am seriously thinking about going on accutane , but im wondering if those who have used it noticed if it affects their appetite (decreased)? Because i would need to be on it for more than 6 months, i cannot accept such a side effect. I know antibiotics do (which i have been on), but not sure about accutane? Another thing , is how common are joint pains? Will i realistically be able to continue a weight training program while on accutane?
