does a vibrating steering wheel come from bent front rims or all bent rims?

i have a BMW 335xi coupe and the BMW dealer said i had 3 bent rims when i brought it in because the sterring wheel vibrates over 60mph. the only rim that isnt bent is one of the rear rims. does the vibrating come from the front rims only since there below the steering wheel? in other words if i just replace the front two rims and have one bent rim in the back will the vibration go away? my other question is, if i do get them all replaced is there any sort of alignment or anything that will need to be done because the car has been vibrating for a month.

Bent rims can definitely cause vibration. Does it only vibrate the steering wheel or does the whole car shake? If you just replace rims you do not need to make any alignments. If you replace the rims and it still shakes, then you would have to have a front end alignment done. Does not cost very much, less than $100.00, usually around $60.00.
