About 3 years a go I bought a Lenovo 3000 N100 laptop that originally came with Vista. After struggling with it for a month and having to rebuild 3 times after crashes, I punted, wiped out the whole machine and reloaded XP Pro. I now think that Win7 is mature enough so that I can move off XP Pro to give it a try.
I checked the requirements for running Win 7 Pro, and I have a question on one of them.
MS says Win7 Pro takes DirectX 9 graphics with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver. I have an Intel GMA 950. I don't know how to check if my graphics chip will work with DirectX 9 and that driver.
Is there a source I can check?
