Does a military ID allow you to gamble?

I know it allows you to drink, and drive (not while drinking) but I wasn't sure about gambling. I'm going gambling this weekend, and one of my friends wants to go with, but she is only twenty with a military ID. Can she go?
A military ID does allow you to consume alcohol. I just wasn't sure if it allowed you to do anything else twenty-one and up.
