...remove tenant? The court order says that the plaintiff is to take possesion on 11-4-2010,and awarded xxx amount,but at the bottom says "plaintiff must seek writ of assistance within 30days after the stated eviction. Expiration of time which to obtain writ of assistance:12-4-10..and a sheriff has not been out to put anything on the door.
