My attorney violated my Attorney Client privilege and my case is suppose to be arbitrated in 2 weeks. The situation is I will be going in front of the judge who is over my case tomorrow because my attorney wants to withdraw from my case, but she doesn't know I'm producing evidence of her braking my Attorney Client privilege(giving the opposing counsel private information without my consent). I'm hoping to have the judge rule for mediation where I can represent myself or give me more time. I live in California. Any advise on what to do?
